  We must pursue the path according to

ROMANS 10:9

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead Thou shalt be saved.

Which means we must first admit that we are sinners asking for pardon of our sins and acknowledging by proclaiming in faith that Jesus Christ is the Son of God who died for our sins and rose again from the dead as we invite Him in as our Lord, Savior, and living example clothed in the flesh of how we should live here on earth we shall be rescued from the penalty and power of sin into Gods provision for a chance into eternity
